You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account or phone session. You agree to provide accurate information when setting up your account. You must not share your account access or allow others to use your purchased talk time.

3. Acceptable Use

By using TrueVoiceDial, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive behavior toward other callers
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to solicit money, financial information, or goods from other callers
  • Use the Service to facilitate commercial transactions or solicitation
  • Record conversations without the consent of the other party
  • Attempt to identify, locate, or contact callers outside the platform
  • Transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure

4. Free Trial

New callers receive a complimentary 60-minute free trial upon their first call. The trial is available once per individual (determined by phone number and billing information). Attempts to circumvent the one-trial-per-person limit may result in account suspension. No credit card is required for the free trial.

5. Paid Services and Billing

After your free trial, continued use of the Service requires the purchase of talk time packages. All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical error. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

6. Content Standards

All voice greetings and messages must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with TrueVoiceDial are the property of TrueVoiceDial or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
